Thin titanium sheet is one of the most requested items from overseas fabricators — but also one of the easiest to get wrong if the supplier has no real stock. We are a Baoji-based titanium inventory holder with 800 tons total titanium stock, including ~400 tons of Titanium Plate, of which thin gauge (0.5mm / 0.8mm / 1mm / 1.5mm / 2mm) is a standing inventory line, not a made-to-order item. FAQ — Thin Titanium Sheet

Q1: Do you really keep 0.5mm in stock, or is it made-to-order?
A: 0.5mm TA2 cold-rolled annealed sheet is a standing thin-gauge line. Coil slit + leveled + cut. Confirm live meterage before PI.

Q2: Can 0.5mm be waterjet cut without warping?
A: Yes. We clamp on a flat bed with PE film, low-pressure waterjet, no heat-affected zone. Blank stays flat.

Q3: What is the minimum order for thin sheet?
A: No hard MOQ. One blank from offcut is acceptable. Price scales with kg + packing.

Q4: Can you supply coil instead of sheet?
A: Yes — slit coil (0.5/1/2mm) on request, inner Ø505mm / Ø610mm, PE film interleaved.

Q5: Will thin sheet bend in container during sea freight?
A: Not if packed our way — flat steel frame + moisture barrier + foam edges. We have shipped 0.5mm to Middle East/Europe with zero flatness claims using this method.

Q6: Bright vs pickled — which for PHE stamping?
A: Bright annealed (Ra≤0.8) is preferred for deep-draw PHE plates — less die friction, less fouling.

Q7: Can you laser-cut 0.5mm without burn edge?
A: Yes, via argon-assist laser at partner shop. Oxidation-free edge; we note this on the cutting record.

Q8: Is annealed condition default?
A: Yes. All thin TA2 supplied annealed (soft M state) unless customer requests as-rolled.

Q9: How fast is dispatch?
A: Stock sheet cut + packed same day if confirmed before 3 PM China time. Slitting/leveling adds 1 working day.
