Overview

We are a Baoji-based titanium inventory holder and supplier with 800 tons total titanium stock, including around 80 tons of titanium tube across seamless and welded sizes. • Gr1: higher purity, deeper drawing, lower strength — for forming-intensive parts

• Gr9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V): higher strength, thinner wall allowed
• Gr12: reducing/oxidizing mixed media

Q2: What OD/Wall do you keep for 1" bundles?
A: 25.4×1.2 / 1.5 / 2.0mm are core stock. Other walls cut from mother tube or sourced from partner mill with lead-time quote.

Q3: Can you supply U-tubes bent to radius?
A: Yes via partner bending shop — send bend radius + leg length; we supply straight stock pre-tested, then bend, then re-inspect.

Q4: Velocity limit for seawater?
A: Typical design 1.5–2.5 m/s to avoid stagnation fouling; we advise per project, not a fixed marketing number.

Q5: Do you provide passivation after cutting?
A: Pickled/bright annealed is default (self-passivating). Additional nitric passivation available on request for pharma/food.

Q6: MOQ?
A: No hard MOQ. One length accepted for prototype; bulk priced by kg.

Q7: How is traceability kept after cutting?
A: Heat-number tag travels with bundle from stock to cut to crate; MTC heat number = physical tag.

Q8: Can you match ASME U-stamp documentation?
A: We supply MTC 3.1 + material docs; final U-stamp is issued by the fabricator/ASME shop. We support their dossier.

Q9: Lead time for cut-to-length?
A: In-stock OD: cut + test + pack 1–2 working days. Non-stock wall: confirm replenishment lead at enquiry.
