We are a Baoji Titanium Valley inventory holder — ~400 tons of Titanium Plate within 800 tons total stock — and we cut custom sizes from ready material. No forced full-plate purchase, no hard MOQ on stock gauges, one piece accepted. What you pay for is the cut piece, the actual heat, and the certificate — not warehouse ego.

What "Zero Cutting MOQ" Actually Means Here

• Stock gauges (Gr2/TA2 0.5–50mm common sizes): cut from 1 piece, no minimum quantity
• You send dims → we nest from one mother plate → quote cut pieces, not forced full sheets
• Small batch = 1 pc / 3 pcs / mixed thickness combo all fine
• Cutting labor is quoted transparently (per piece / per meter), not buried in kg price
• Non-stock odd gauges (7mm/9mm/13mm etc.) → confirm lead time; we advise rounding to standard even gauge for same-day shelf dispatch

Plain truth: "zero MOQ" covers cutting stock. It does not mean free freight or zero setup — waterjet has a bed-setup, and we say so upfront.

Q1: Can I really order just 1 piece?
A: Yes. Stock gauges cut from 1 piece, no hard MOQ. You pay material + cutting + pack + freight.

Q2: Will cutting break the certificate traceability?
A: No. Heat number stays on the piece; MTC 3.1 references the mother heat. Tag = cert = crate label.

Q3: How tight can you cut?
A: Waterjet ±0.2mm, shear ±0.5mm. Tighter machined tolerance quoted case by case.

Q4: Can you match my previous project heat number?
A: Send the old heat No.; we check live shelf. If unavailable, we propose an equivalent heat with full 3.1 for QA review before cutting.

Q5: What file do you need for cutting?
A: DWG / DXF / STEP / PDF with dims. Hand sketch with clear mm sizes also works for rectangles.

Q6: Is waterjet cut edge weld-ready?
A: Edge is clean, no heat-affected zone. Light deburr recommended before argon welding; we do it by default.

Q7: Lead time for small batch?
A: In-stock gauge + simple rectangle: same-day dispatch if confirmed before 3 PM China time. Complex DXF nest: usually 1–2 working days.
