Overview

• Straightness: ≤2.1mm/m for tubes over 10ft (B338 reference practice)

Q2: Gr2 or Gr7 for seawater?
A: Gr2 for normal seawater/MSF-MED. Gr7 (Pd-added) for hot reducing-acid cleaning or aggressive crevice duty; Gr12 for hot brine >70°C crevice. We advise by medium, not by habit.

Q3: Is seamless mandatory for condensers?
A: Not always. Welded-and-drawn is accepted in many thin-wall seawater HX. Seamless preferred for high-pressure / U-bend critical / thermal-cycle heavy duty. PO spec wins.

Q4: Can you match my existing bundle heat?
A: Send old heat No.; we check live shelf. If unavailable, propose equivalent heat with full 3.1 for QA review before cutting.

Q5: ECT included or extra?

Q6: U-bend lead time?

A: We supply annealed dead-soft tube + end prep; torque WPS qualified by your ASME/PED fabricator. We don't issue WPS.
