Drawing Review — We Read Blueprints

• Single-piece orders accepted for standard sizes
• No minimum order value — we serve prototype shops, R&D labs, and maintenance teams, not just bulk buyers

Export Packaging for Cut Pieces

Cut-to-size pieces require more protection than full plates because edges are exposed:

• Each piece interleaved with protective film or kraft paper
• Edges padded with foam corner guards
• Multiple pieces separated by plywood dividers inside crate
• Outer: fumigated wooden crate with steel banding and moisture-proof lining
• For thin sheets (<2mm): flat steel frame inside crate to prevent bending

Q2: Can you cut a full plate into multiple different-sized parts?
A: Yes. Send a cutting list (e.g., "from one 6×2m plate: 4 pcs 800×600mm + 2 pcs 1200×400mm"). We nest for best yield and quote total cut pieces from one mother plate.

Q3: What tolerance can you hold?
A: Shearing ±0.5mm, waterjet ±0.2mm, plasma ±1.0mm. Tighter tolerances available — specify on drawing.

Q4: Do you charge for cutting?
A: Cutting is included in the per-piece or per-kg price we quote. There is no separate "cutting fee" line item. Complex waterjet profiles may carry a small programming/nesting surcharge, disclosed upfront.
