Gr4 commercially pure titanium wire is defined under ASTM B863. It is the highest strength grade among pure titanium series. Compared with Gr1 ultra-high purity soft titanium and Gr2 general-purpose pure titanium, Gr4 delivers elevated tensile strength while retaining good corrosion resistance against chlorides. It is widely adopted for chlor-alkali electrolysis anode wire and medium high pressure chemical equipment.
