[ Process structure ]
1. The overall structure is α+β dual phase structure, the strength is enhanced by aluminum solid solution, and the plasticity is improved by vanadium stable β phase.
2. Process flow control: eliminate impurities in vacuum smelting; Cold rolling control plate flatness; Vacuum stress-relief annealing to eliminate internal stress of rolling; The finished products shall be subject to 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, and all layering and crack defects shall be removed; The surface is divided into pickled matte and polished bright plate. The internal structure of the thin plate is uniform without segregation, and the stamping is not easy to crack.
