TA2 slab is resistant to concentrated salt, dilute acid, and seawater corrosion, and the passivation layer is stable without pitting corrosion; TC4 titanium alloy billet has high strength, fatigue resistance, high temperature resistance, and excellent load-bearing and pressure bearing performance; The internal grains of the plate are refined by forging and rolling, and the structure is uniform without component segregation; Low density, non-magnetic, not easy to crack during deep processing bending, welding, milling, and long-term use of large equipment will not rust, precipitate impurities, or contaminate the medium.

Large ingots are formed by overall hot rolling, reducing the number of joint welds and ensuring no loose holes inside; High temperature annealing thoroughly releases rolling stress, making subsequent machining and forging less prone to deformation; 100% ultrasonic inspection of the entire board, strictly checking for delamination, inclusions, and internal cracks; The ultra long size is uniformly leveled, and the flatness of the board surface meets the standard. It can be directly used for cutting large reaction vessels, heat exchanger tube plates, and large irregular parts blanks.
