[ Processing Technology ]

High temperature multi-directional forging of titanium ingots → hot rolling forming → overall stress relief annealing → straightening and shaping → ultrasonic testing → cutting to length and storing in stock.


[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium is resistant to corrosion from brine, dilute acid and alkali, and seawater, and is not easily corroded after long-term use; TC4 alloy has high strength, fatigue resistance, and high temperature resistance of 400 ℃. The overall density is low, and compared to steel parts, it reduces weight significantly. It is non-magnetic and does not interfere with precision equipment. After forging and rolling, it has excellent toughness, stable machining performance in turning, milling, drilling, forging, and welding, and sufficient rough machining allowance.


[ Process Structure ]

Adopting the repeated upsetting and drawing forging process to crush the coarse grains of the ingot and eliminate internal porosity and segregation defects; High temperature annealing releases forging stress, making subsequent mechanical processing less prone to vibration and deformation. The surface retains the original hot-rolled black skin, eliminating the polishing process and reducing raw material procurement costs; Each full-length non-destructive testing is conducted to eliminate internal hidden cracks and interlayers, meeting the processing standards for heavy-duty pressure bearing components.
