Rough drawing of titanium billet → Multi stage precision wire drawing forming → Vacuum stress relief annealing → Centerless outer circle precision grinding → Straightening → Appearance inspection → Cutting and packaging.


[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium has outstanding corrosion resistance and is not prone to pitting and perforation in brine, electroplating waste liquid, and dilute acid-base environments; Excellent plasticity, less prone to cracking during turning, milling, bending, and argon arc welding processes. Low density achieves lightweight, non-magnetic and non interfering precision instruments; Stable performance from room temperature to 300 ℃, no metal ion precipitation in the conveying medium, and no pollution of raw materials.

The multi-stage gradient cold drawing process ensures uniform outer diameter and no eccentricity; Sealed vacuum annealing isolates air to prevent surface blackening and oxidation; Heartless precision grinding removes brushed patterns, meets straightness standards, and incoming materials can be directly precision processed. Ultrasonic testing of the entire finished product line to eliminate internal looseness and microcracks; The surface is smooth with few gaps, making it less likely to accumulate corrosive media and extending the service life of the workpiece.
