[ Processing Technology ]

Hot rolling and cutting of titanium alloy ingots → Cold rolling and finishing → Vacuum annealing to relieve stress → Grinding and flaw detection of the plate surface → Open cutting and storage.


[ Material Performance ]

TC4 has a much higher tensile strength than TA2 pure titanium, with resistance to impact and alternating fatigue, and stable mechanical properties at high temperatures below 400 ℃; The surface passivation film can resist seawater, salt spray, and weak acid corrosion, and is not easy to cause pitting and perforation; Low density, reducing weight by nearly 40% compared to steel; Non magnetic, does not interfere with nuclear magnetic and vacuum sensing equipment; TC4 ELI has lower impurity content, excellent biocompatibility, and can be used to produce load-bearing implant components for the human body.


[ Process Structure ]

The plate is uniformly melted and cast, with strict control over the ratio of aluminum and vanadium elements, and no segregation in the overall composition; Multi pass rolling refines internal grains, resulting in a dense structure and excellent compressive and bending resistance; Vacuum annealing completely eliminates rolling stress, making bending and machining less prone to deformation and cracking; Each batch undergoes spectral retesting, and thick plates are subjected to ultrasonic testing one by one to remove internal porosity, inclusions, and delamination defects.
