[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium surface forms a dense passive film, which is resistant to erosion corrosion of dilute acid, alkali liquor, electroplating solution and high salt brine for a long time, without pitting damage; Low density, greatly reducing weight compared with stainless steel, reducing load of mixing equipment; Non-magnetic, high purity medicine, electronic chemical production will not precipitate metal impurities; The mechanical property is stable under high temperature working condition, and it is resistant to medium scouring and abrasion.

[ Process structure ]

One-piece bended blade has fewer welding points, reducing the risk of fracture and leakage; High-purity argon arc welding is adopted for full welding of split blade, with firm fusion, and it is not easy to fall off when stirring at high speed; Edges of blades shall be chamfered and polished without sharp edges and corners to avoid caking of materials; Reserve standard mounting holes for fastening and assembly with titanium spindle bolts; The finished product is pickled and passivated to seal the surface, further improving the corrosion resistance.
