[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium can generate a stable passive film, which can resist the corrosion of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, salt mist and electroplating solution for a long time, without the risk of pitting and perforation; Low density, lighter weight than stainless steel blades, reducing load of mixing motor; No magnetism, no metal ion precipitation for high-purity reagent and electronic chemical production; Stable strength under high-temperature mixing condition, not easy to be scoured and worn by corrosive medium.

[ Process structure ]

The whole piece of titanium plate is bended integrally, with fewer welding points, and the risk of leakage and falling off is low; High-purity argon full welding is adopted for split spliced blade, which is firmly fused and not easy to crack due to high-speed mixing; All edges shall be chamfered and polished, without sharp edges and corners, hanging materials and caking; Pickling, passivating and sealing the surface to strengthen the corrosion resistance; It can reserve mounting holes for locking assembly with titanium spindle bolts, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly.
