[ Material Performance ]
Pure titanium rods have excellent plasticity, are easy to cut and drill holes, and are not prone to sticking to knives; TC4 alloy has high strength, fatigue resistance, and can withstand long-term high temperatures of 400 ℃. A stable passivation film is formed on the surface of titanium material, which is resistant to high salt brine, weak acid and alkali corrosion, and will not rust or puncture; The density is only 4.51g/cm ³, and the lightweight effect is outstanding. It is non-magnetic and will not interfere with precision instruments. After processing, there is no metal ion precipitation to contaminate the medium.

The forging and rolling combined process refines the internal grain size, resulting in a uniform material without porosity or layering; Annealing eliminates forging and rolling stress, making machining less prone to tool shaking and deformation; Cold drawn round bars have precise outer diameter tolerances and can be directly precision machined; Hot rolled black skinned bars have high cost-effectiveness and are suitable for rough machining and cutting; All finished products are inspected for internal defects, and the straightness meets the standard. The cutting of long and short materials is flexible, and it is suitable for prefabricated blanks of various general mechanical parts.
