Material Performance
1. Mechanical properties: TA2 has excellent plasticity and good turning and welding performance; TC4 has high strength, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, and weighs only 57% of steel, highlighting its lightweight advantage.
2. Corrosion resistance: The surface generates a stable passivation film, which is resistant to corrosion from seawater, chloride ions, and dilute acids and bases. The smooth surface is not easily prone to scaling and pitting corrosion.
3. Physical characteristics: non-magnetic, excellent low-temperature toughness, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and dimensions are not easily deformed after CNC machining; Medical grade has no harmful metal precipitation and good biocompatibility.
4. Processing advantages: Removing hard oxide surface layer, reducing tool wear, improving CNC machining efficiency and finished product smoothness, shortening processing steps.
Process Structure
1. The overall peeling process completely removes the oxygen embrittlement layer on the surface, and the metallographic structure inside and outside the rod is uniform. There are no peeling or tool breakage problems during turning.
2. Multi level centerless precision grinding combined with precise straightening results in high accuracy in roundness, coaxiality, and straightness. There is no need for complex alignment during machine clamping, making it suitable for fully automatic CNC production lines.
3. Unified bright and defect free surface, without pits or deep scratches, with high surface quality of semi-finished products, reducing subsequent grinding and polishing processes.
4. Complete size verification and internal non-destructive testing one by one, check for cracks, pores, and delamination, and ensure uniform and stable performance in a single batch.
