[ Process structure ]
High-purity electrolytic nickel plate is used as raw material, with strict impurity control and uniform ingot composition without segregation; The grain is refined by multiple hot rolling to eliminate internal loose pores; Vacuum annealing is used to remove the processing stress, and the finishing is not easy to deform; The surface of the cold drawn rod shall be free of sand holes and pits, and each batch shall be subject to spectrum re-inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection for large-diameter bars, and internal microdefects shall be removed.
