[ Processing Technology ]

Smelting ingot of electrolytic nickel plate → hot rolling and forging open billet → cold drawing and fine drawing → vacuum annealing and stress removal → straightening and polishing → flaw detection, slitting and warehousing.


[ Material Performance ]

Nickel has high purity, stable passive anticorrosive coating under concentrated alkali, hydrofluoric acid and salt mist environment, and is resistant to alkali embrittlement; Excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity, suitable for electroplating conductive members; Good plasticity, bending, turning and milling, argon arc welding are not easy to crack; Strong chemical stability under high temperature conditions, few impurities dissolved, guarantee electrolyte and high-purity material purity, and non-magnetic, suitable for precision equipment.
