High-purity nickel material can form stable passive film in high-temperature concentrated alkali, hydrofluoric acid and salt mist environment, which is resistant to alkali brittleness and corrosion; Excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity, suitable for processing of conductive components; Good toughness, not easy to crack in turning, tapping and welding; Stable chemical property at high temperature, extremely low metal precipitation, non-magnetic, suitable for high-purity chemical and electroplating production scenes.
[ Process structure ]
Special hexagon die is formed by cold drawing, with uniform hexagonal dimensions and regular edges and corners, eliminating the process of milling hexagon and reducing the processing cost; Vacuum annealing completely eliminates the cold drawing stress, and the subsequent processing is not easy to deform; Raw material impurities shall be strictly controlled in the whole process, spectrum inspection shall be carried out for each batch, and finished products shall be inspected one by one for appearance and dimension, without surface defects such as pits and sand holes.
