[ Processing Technology ]

High-purity electrolytic nickel plate melting and casting → hot rolling and blank cutting → cold drawing and finishing → vacuum stress relief annealing → straightening and polishing → spectrum detection, slitting and warehousing.


[ Material Performance ]

Both can form a stable passive layer in high-temperature concentrated alkali, hydrofluoric acid and salt mist environment, which is resistant to alkali embrittlement and pitting corrosion; Good conductivity and thermal conductivity, suitable for conductive anode components; Good plasticity, not easy to crack during cold and hot processing and welding; Strong chemical stability at high temperature, no pollution to high-purity electrolyte. N4 impurity control is more strict, suitable for ultrahigh-purity medium working condition. N6 has high cost performance and can be used in general anti-corrosion scenes, both of which are non-magnetic.


[ Process structure ]

High-purity electrolytic nickel ingot smelting is adopted, carbon, iron, copper and other impurities are strictly controlled, and the components are uniform without segregation; Multi-track hot rolling forging is used to crush coarse grains and eliminate internal loose defects; Vacuum annealing completely relieves cold working stress and is not easy to deform during finishing; The surface of the cold drawn bright bar shall be free of pockmarks and sand holes, and each batch shall be subject to spectrum re-inspection. The large-diameter bars shall be subject to ultrasonic flaw detection one by one, and the internal microcracks shall be removed.
