Grade Description

Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V is the most widely used alpha-beta titanium alloy specified in ASTM B863, also covered by GB/T43302 for additive manufacturing wire. Compared with Gr1 pure titanium wire for WAAM, Gr5 delivers much higher mechanical strength for load-carrying components. It is the preferred feedstock for aerospace, machinery and energy large-size 3D printed titanium parts. Our Gr5 3D printing titanium wire is supplied to additive manufacturing EPC factories in Germany, Czech and Brazil.
