800 Tons on the Shelf: Why We Sell Titanium by the Sheet, Not by the Mill Schedule

BAOJI, China — October 2026. Most titanium suppliers in China are manufacturers. They quote from a production schedule, and the answer to "when can I get it" is usually 30 to 45 days. We do something different: we keep 800 tons of titanium on the shelf and ship in 24 hours.

What is actually in the warehouse

Why a stockist beats a mill schedule

Time. A mill order starts with a heat, then rolling, then cutting, then packing. Ours starts with a forklift. In-stock items leave our Baoji warehouse within 24 hours.

Quantity. Mills quote in tons because that is how they cost a production run. We will cut one sheet, one bar, one length of tube. You pay for the material you use, not the minimum the mill insists on.

Specification. We read drawings and we work to the standard you actually inspect against — ASTM B265, B338, B348, B381, B363, B863, ASME SB series, EN 10204 3.1 certification. A DN100 flange drilled to ASME B16.5 will not bolt to an EN 1092-1 pipe. We confirm the standard, the facing and the wall schedule in writing before you commit.

Export. Wooden case or steel pallet packing, FOB / CIF / DDP terms, full documentation including mill test certificates, packing list, certificate of origin and Form A. We ship to chemical, aerospace, medical, marine and energy customers worldwide.

What this means for a buyer

If your project is on schedule and your quantity is measured in hundreds of tons, a mill is the right call and we will say so. If your line is down, your quantity is one sheet, or your specification needs a drawing read before anyone can quote it — that is what we are built for.
