[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical property: good plasticity after annealing, bendable coil, argon arc welding, not easy to crack during processing;
2. Corrosion resistance: resistant to concentrated alkali, molten alkali and hydrofluoric acid, not applicable to strong oxidizing nitric acid;
3. Physical and chemical characteristics: stable thermal conductivity, high temperature oxidation resistance, extremely low gas release in vacuum environment;
4. Application advantages: polishing the inner wall is not easy to deposit dirt and retain impurities, ensuring clean medium and less pipeline resistance.
[ Process structure ]
1. Seamless extrusion and cold-rolled forming, dense pipe wall structure, no porosity and interlayer, no weld corrosion and leakage;
2. Multi-level precision polishing treatment of inner and outer walls, low surface roughness and uniform finish;
3. Vacuum stress-relief annealing to eliminate cold working stress, and the bend is not easy to rebound and crack;
4. The finished products shall be subject to hydraulic pressure test one by one, NDT, clean package and free of oil stain oxide layer.

1. Fluorine chemical industry, chlor-alkali: high-purity fluoride, caustic soda clean transmission pipeline;
2. New energy hydrometallurgy: electrolyte precision cooling circulating pipeline;
