[ Material Performance ]
1. Interface bonding performance: Interface shear strength ≥ 140MPa, bonding rate ≥ 99.5%, no delamination or cracking during bending, meeting the pressure vessel inspection standards;
2. Corrosion resistance: The titanium layer can form a dense oxide film, withstand seawater, brine, dilute acid and alkali, and sulfur-containing oil and gas media, and prevent chloride ion pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion;
3. Mechanical comprehensive performance: The substrate ensures overall rigidity, pressure bearing capacity, moderate density, and significantly reduces procurement costs compared to pure titanium; Non magnetic, with no metal ion pollution in the medium, and strong long-term stability.


[ Process Structure ]

Solid state metallurgical composite of titanium and steel can be achieved through the instantaneous impact of explosion, with a corrugated fusion structure at the interface and no defects such as virtual welding or interlayer; Exclusive stress relief annealing after composite, eliminating residual stress caused by explosive impact and avoiding the risk of delamination during subsequent processing and high-temperature use; The titanium layer completely covers the contact surface of the medium, and the carbon steel base layer bears the structural load; All finished products are scanned with ultrasonic waves to remove areas that are not bonded to the interface, and can be milled and beveled as needed to adapt to tank welding.
