[ Material Performance ]

Repeatedly forging refined grains, uniform overall mechanical properties, resistance to impact and high pressure loads, and resistance to cracking during cold and hot processing; The natural passivation film of titanium material can resist seawater, brine, various dilute acid-base and chloride ion media, and has no corrosion or leakage after long-term use; The density is only 4.51g/cm ³, which significantly reduces weight compared to steel parts. It is non-magnetic and will not precipitate metal impurities to contaminate the medium after processing. Pure titanium can be used for a long time at a temperature of ≤ 300 ℃, and TC4 can reach 400 ℃.

Multi directional repeated forging eliminates internal porosity and segregation defects in ingots, resulting in uniform and stable internal structure of large section materials; After forging, the overall high-temperature stress relief annealing releases residual forging stress, making subsequent turning, drilling, and welding less prone to deformation; Adequate precision machining allowance is reserved for the bar material, which can achieve bright and precise dimensions of the entire vehicle's outer circle as needed; The finished product undergoes 100% full length ultrasonic testing to identify internal microcracks and interlayers, meeting the processing standards for large pressure vessels and heavy equipment.
