[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥ 895MPa, far exceeding TA2 pure titanium in strength, resistant to impact and alternating fatigue, and not easily deformed or fractured under long-term stress; Density of 4.51g/cm ³, significantly reducing weight compared to steel.
2. Processing performance: After bright annealing, the stress is low, CNC milling is not easy to shake or deform, the surface smoothness is high, and the roughness of the processed product is low.
3. Temperature and corrosion resistance: Long term working temperature of 400 ℃, resistant to seawater, chloride ions, weak acid media, non-magnetic, and does not interfere with precision electronic and sensor equipment.

Multi level gradient cold drawing process, uniform reduction without pulling the rod, strict control of outer diameter tolerance; Sealed vacuum annealing isolates air to prevent oxidation and blackening of the alloy surface, maintaining a bright metal surface; Heartless outer circle precision grinding eliminates wire drawing patterns and strictly controls straightness; The finished product undergoes triple inspection of outer diameter, appearance, and flaw detection, with no looseness or micro cracks inside.
