[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium surface generates dense passive film, which can resist the corrosion of brine, dilute acid and seawater for a long time, and will not rust and separate impurities; TC4 titanium alloy has high tensile strength, impact resistance and fatigue resistance, and stable performance at high temperature of 400 ℃ for a long time. Low material density, significant weight reduction effect, non-magnetic, non-interference with nuclear magnetic, sensor and vacuum electronic equipment, and biocompatibility of medical grade products.

[ Process structure ]

NC multi-shaft equipment is used to process complex special-shaped curved surface, special-shaped cavity and eccentric porous structure, which is integrally formed to reduce splicing leakage risk; Refined internal grain of forging parts, dense structure and stronger pressure bearing; Special titanium welding process shall be adopted for welding parts, and the corrosion resistance of welding seam shall meet the standard; The finished products are subject to precise dimensional inspection and non-destructive testing to eliminate internal sand holes and microcracks. Mirror surface, matte surface and passivation surface protection can be provided as required.
