[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium can form a stable passive film, which can resist the corrosion of dilute acid, alkali mist and salt dust in the flue gas for a long time, and will not cause rust and slag to pollute the filter bag; High-temperature resistance, continuous use without deformation under 280 ℃ dust working condition; Low density, less weight than stainless steel joist, lower load of dust removal equipment; No magnetism, no metal ion precipitation, suitable for high-purity materials, fine dust filtration scene.

[ Process structure ]

The special titanium argon arc welding process is adopted, the welding spot is firmly fused, and it is not easy to be desoldered or broken under vibration conditions; Uniform distribution of bars, balanced supporting force, and reduced friction damage of filter bag; Polish the filter bag as a whole to remove sharp burrs and prevent the filter bag from being scratched; Pickling and passivating the sealing surface to improve the corrosion resistance; Overall correction shall be straight without distortion and filter bag shall be dismantled smoothly.
