[ Material Performance ]
The tensile strength of TC4 is much higher than that of TA2 pure titanium, which is resistant to impact and alternating fatigue, and the mechanical property is stable under long-term high temperature condition of 400 ℃; The passive film on the surface can resist seawater, salt mist and weak acid corrosion and is not easy to be pitted; Low density, 40% less weight than steel members; No magnetism, no interference with nuclear magnetic and vacuum sensing equipment; Medical grade TC4 ELI is biocompatible and can be used for human load-bearing implants.
[ Process structure ]
Special titanium alloy cutting process is adopted to reduce the machining stress and make the finished product not easy to deform; The grain of forging raw material is refined through multi-directional upsetting, the internal structure is dense, and the bearing capacity is stronger; Complex curved surface and porous special-shaped parts are integrally formed through five-axis machining to reduce splicing welds; High-purity argon protection is adopted for welding, and the weld strength is close to the base metal; Full size inspection and ultrasonic flaw detection of finished products, and elimination of internal microcracks and sand holes.
