[ Processing Technology ]

Blanking of pure nickel pipe → bending and forming of digital control coil → processing of pipe mouth groove → butt welding of high purity argon arc welding → NDT of welding seam → hydraulic pressure test → acid pickling and passivation treatment.


[ Material Performance ]

Pure nickel N6 is passivated and stable in high-temperature concentrated alkali, hydrofluoric acid and fluorine salt systems, free from alkali embrittlement cracking and extremely low corrosion rate; High-temperature resistance, no deformation in 300 ℃ alkaline medium for long-term use; With good plasticity, the bend is not easy to crack, and the corrosion resistance of the welding seam matches the base metal; It will not precipitate metal ions to pollute high-purity alkali liquor and electronic chemicals. It is non-magnetic and suitable for high-purity production environment.
