[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical property: excellent toughness and plasticity after annealing, not easy to crack and deform during bending, punching and welding;
2. Anti-corrosion performance: long-term resistance to concentrated alkali, molten alkali, hydrofluoric acid, avoid concentrated nitric acid and other strong oxidizing acids;
3. Physical and chemical characteristics: balanced conductivity and heat conduction, high temperature oxidation resistance, extremely low amount of air discharged in vacuum;
4. Application advantages: all-pure nickel is matched in sets to avoid galvanic corrosion of dissimilar metals and adapt to clean medium working conditions.


[ Process structure ]

1. The raw material is forged and formed, the base material is dense without air hole interlayer, and the corrosion resistance and pressure bearing are stable;
2. Numerical control precision machining, small dimensional tolerance, integrated molding of complex special-shaped structure;
3. Vacuum annealing can eliminate machining and welding stress, and the finished products are not easy to be warped and cracked after long-term use;
4. Finished pickled to remove scale, precision parts can be mirror-polished and free from burrs and impurities.
