ASTM B381 ASME B16.5 Titanium Flange WN SO BL Gr1 Gr2 Gr5 Gr7 Gr12 In Stock | Shaanxi Qianyi Tuoda Technology

Shaanxi Qianyi Tuoda Technology Co., Ltd is rooted in Baoji titanium industrial base in Shaanxi Province, specializing in forged titanium flange products for global industrial pipeline projects. Our Titanium Flanges strictly follow ASTM B381 for titanium forgings and ASME B16.5 for pipe flange dimensional standards, widely adopted for corrosive‑medium piping systems in chemical processing, salt‑lake lithium extraction, seawater desalination, offshore oil & gas exploitation, power‑plant heat‑exchanger circuits, pharmaceutical manufacturing and electro‑metallurgy industries. We support small‑batch sample orders, medium‑size project procurement and large‑volume bulk export contracts. Besides standard ASME B16.5 Class150 & Class300 stock items shown below, we can also produce non‑standard custom flanges according to customer drawings, including special pressure classes, non‑standard NPS sizes, RTJ tongue‑and‑groove sealing faces, lap‑joint, threaded and spectacle blind flange variants.

All titanium flange products are hot‑forged and delivered under annealed condition as required by ASTM B381 specification. Mill Test Certificate EN 10204 3.1 is available for every shipment to satisfy third‑party inspection, project filing and customs clearance for overseas deliveries. Available material grades cover commercially pure titanium Gr1, Gr2; high‑strength structural alloy Gr5(Ti‑6Al‑4V); reducing‑acid resistant grades Gr7 and Gr12. Density parameters are critical for theoretical weight estimation: Gr1, Gr2, Gr7, Gr12 adopt density of 4.51 g/cm³; Gr5 (Ti‑6Al‑4V) alloy uses density of 4.43 g/cm³. Forged titanium flange theoretical weight is calculated via volume‑subtraction method: solid disc volume deducts bolt‑hole removal volume; weld‑neck (WN) type additionally adds cylindrical hub volume, without accounting for forging machining allowance, material tolerance and surface removal during CNC turning.

Our warehouse holds ready‑stock volume of 50‑60 tons covering mainstream titanium flange specifications, and the overall monthly supply capacity reaches up to 100 tons, enabling relatively fast lead‑time for urgent project orders. Since titanium raw‑material cost is heavily influenced by periodic titanium‑sponge market swings, we do not publish static fixed unit prices. All global purchasers should refer to our official weekly price list for real‑time quotation. When you submit custom forging inquiries, send us the drawing, material grade, dimensions, tolerances, service conditions, inspection requirements, and destination, so our engineering and sales team can evaluate accurate weight, unit price, forging cycle and delivery schedule for your project.

Mainstream ASME B16.5 Titanium Flange Specifications & Theoretical Single‑Piece Weight Table (RF Raised‑Face)

Important Note: All weight values in this table are theoretical calculated reference data only. Actual delivered weight shall be subject to physical weighing and MTC report. Forging tolerance, machining stock removal and bolt‑hole depth deviation will create ±5% weight deviation for real‑world forgings. The table lists TOBO‑style product title, grade, flange type, NPS‑DN nominal size, pressure class, and theoretical single‑piece weight for each item.

Grade‑by‑Grade Material Selection & Flange‑Type Application Guidance

Gr1 and Gr2 are commercially pure titanium forgings with outstanding general corrosion‑resistance property. Gr1 delivers better ductility for components requiring minor cold‑deformation during site installation; Gr2 is the most widely‑specified industrial pure‑titanium grade for general corrosive piping systems, heat‑exchanger connecting flanges and seawater‑contact pipeline joints. Gr7 is palladium‑alloyed titanium forging, offering dramatically improved anti‑corrosion performance under reducing‑acid environments such as dilute hydrochloric acid where ordinary pure titanium will suffer accelerated corrosion. Gr12 is molybdenum‑nickel modified titanium forging, providing excellent cost‑performance alternative versus Gr7 for many reducing‑medium projects. Gr5 (Ti‑6Al‑4V) titanium alloy forging has much higher tensile and yield strength, selected for pressure‑bearing piping flanges working under high‑mechanical‑load conditions instead of only corrosion‑resistance requirements.

Different flange types serve distinct engineering purposes. Weld‑Neck (WN) flanges feature tapered‑neck transition for butt‑welding connection, ideal for high‑pressure, high‑temperature, cyclic‑load critical piping circuits, widely specified for offshore and chemical‑plant core pipelines. Slip‑On (SO) flanges slide over pipe outer diameter and adopt fillet‑weld connection, more economical for medium‑pressure non‑critical service. Blind (BL) flanges are used for pipeline end closure, pressure‑vessel manhole cover and isolation points within piping networks. Threaded flanges implement NPT threaded connection without welding, suitable for low‑pressure temporary‑assembly piping. Lap‑Joint (LJ) flanges cooperate with titanium stub‑end fittings, convenient for frequent dis‑assembly‑and‑re‑assembly maintenance scenarios.

When you finalize procurement technical specification for Titanium Flanges, besides NPS size, pressure class and flange pattern, purchasers need to confirm material grade, heat‑treatment condition, sealing face type (RF / RTJ), surface finish, non‑destructive‑testing requirements including ultrasonic testing for forging internal defects, liquid‑penetrant surface inspection, bolt‑hole tolerance and certification requirements. Our workshop can deliver machined bright turned surface, pickled anti‑oxidation surface as customer demands. Apart from ASME B16.5 standard dimensions, we also produce ASME B16.47 large‑diameter series flanges, DIN, EN, GOST standard titanium forgings upon drawing. All export‑oriented titanium flange goods adopt seaworthy fumigated plywood crate packaging to prevent scratch, collision damage and moisture risk in long‑distance ocean‑freight transportation.

As one‑stop corrosion‑resistant‑metal supplier, Shaanxi Qianyi Tuoda Technology also supplies supporting titanium seamless tube, Titanium Plate, titanium bar, nickel alloy plate, nickel bar and zirconium series materials. Consolidating multi‑category material procurement from one manufacturer will effectively reduce your multi‑vendor communication overhead, cross‑supplier inspection coordination risk and delivery management complexity. Please note that theoretical single‑piece weight in above table is calculated based on ideal ASME B16.5 dimension without forging stock and machining removal allowance, it cannot replace actual physical weighing for commercial settlement. Before signing formal purchase contract, please negotiate weight‑acceptance criteria together with our sales engineer.
