[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical property: nickel material has good tenacity and stable bearing capacity. The flange cover is overall thick and not easy to deform and warp under long-term bearing capacity;
2. Anti-corrosion performance: resistant to concentrated alkali, molten alkali and hydrofluoric acid medium, no galvanic corrosion with the whole set of nickel fittings;
3. Physical and chemical characteristics: stable thermal conductivity, high temperature oxidation resistance, low air release under vacuum condition;

[ Process structure ]

1. One-body forging and one-piece molding, dense internal structure, no hidden dangers of air hole and interlayer leakage;
2. Precision turning of sealing surface, high flatness, and corrosion resistant gasket not easy to leak;
3. Vacuum annealing can eliminate the turning stress and avoid deformation and edge warping during use;
4. Dimensional tolerance standard, completely matched with nickel flange of the same specification, with strong interchangeability.
