[ Material Performance ]
1. Corrosion resistance: it is resistant to chromic acid, nickel solution, hydrochloric acid and chlorinated electroplating solution. It is insoluble after long-time immersion and will not produce impurities to pollute the coating.
2. Conductivity: uniform metal conductivity, stable energization, dense anodized layer, far lower loss than stainless steel and copper.
3. Mechanical property: good toughness, resistance to electroplating cold and hot alternating impact, tensile strength ≥ 400MPa, not easy to break when bent.
4. Additional advantages: non-magnetic, uniform coating; The pipe wall is smooth, not easy to absorb electroplating residue, and it is clean and convenient.

[ Process structure ]

The whole seamless pipe is bent in one piece without intermediate welding seam, completely eliminating leakage of electroplating solution; The coil arrangement is controlled, taking into account the conductive area and cooling and heat exchange; Thickened conductive connectors are reserved at both ends for the convenience of copper bar pressing and conducting; No burrs and sharp edges and corners on the whole to avoid scratching the workpiece; The pressure and leakage test shall be carried out one by one before delivery, and the tightness shall meet the long-term continuous electroplating operation.

1. Hardware plating: galvanized, nickel plated, chrome plated groove anode conductive coil, cooling coil;
2. PCB circuit board: titanium anode coil for etching, electroplating copper and gold deposition equipment;
3. Plastic electroplating: ABS electroplating, chemical plating supporting corrosion resistant conductive components;
4. Surface oxidation: special titanium electrode for aluminum anodizing and hard oxidation tank;
