[ Material Performance ]
TC4 belongs to α+β duplex titanium alloy, with high temperature resistance and high temperature strength far better than TA2 pure titanium. Long-term working temperature ≤ 400 ℃, short-time peak temperature resistance up to 550 ℃, high tensile strength and creep resistance under high temperature, no softening and deformation under cold and hot cycle. At the same time, it has excellent corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, non-magnetic, non-polluting medium, suitable for high temperature and high pressure, alternating load severe working conditions.
