[ Material Performance ]
Titanium has excellent corrosion resistance to seawater, brine and high-salinity water body, which can effectively resist the pitting corrosion and scouring corrosion caused by chloride ion, and its service life is far longer than that of stainless steel. The material has high toughness, fatigue resistance, seawater flow impact resistance, and is not easy to deform and crack under cold and hot cycle conditions. The pipe wall is smooth and not easy to form salt scale, the heat exchange is durable and stable, no metal precipitation, and the desalinated water quality is not polluted.


[ Process structure ]

The whole seamless titanium tube is integrally formed to reduce the welding spot and eliminate the leakage of seawater medium from the root; Uniform bending radian and regular arrangement of coils increase the heat exchange contact area and improve the heat exchange and condensation efficiency of seawater desalination. Standard groove design is adopted for pipe orifice, which is suitable for welding and flange installation. The finished product is subject to 100% pressure leak detection, with stable structure, which can meet the 24h continuous operation condition of seawater desalination equipment.
