[ Material Performance ]
1. Withstand pressure and corrosion resistance: the thick-wall structure has strong bearing capacity, and is resistant to oilfield brine, hydrogen sulfide, dilute acid and alkali, and chlorinated refining medium, as well as high pressure medium scouring, pitting and crevice corrosion;
2. Mechanical property: tensile strength ≥ 400MPa, sufficient wall thickness to resist vibration and impact, and deformation and cracking are not easy in cold and hot alternating cycle;
3. Application characteristics: the pipe wall is dense and not easy to deposit oil and scale, the heat exchange efficiency is stable, no metal ion separates out and pollutes the oil, and the applicable temperature is - 40 ℃ - 220 ℃.

[ Process structure ]

The whole thick-walled seamless pipe is continuously bent to reduce the welding joint and avoid the leakage risk of high-pressure corrosive medium; Multi-layer spiral arrangement, large heat exchange contact area, excellent temperature control cooling effect; Thickened and reinforced pipe orifice, suitable for high-pressure flange and pipe welding; High-pressure pressure testing of finished products, uniform thickness of pipe wall and strong structural rigidity, meeting the long-term high-pressure continuous operation standard of petrochemical equipment.

[ Application field ]

1. Oil and gas exploitation: oil field brine cooling, downhole heat tracing and crude oil heat exchange anti-corrosion coil;
2. Refining unit: cooling, heating and heat exchange components of hydrogenation, desulfurization and dechlorination equipment;
3. Oil-gas wastewater treatment: sulfur-containing salty wastewater concentration, condensation and recovery equipment;
4. Fine petrochemical: temperature control coil of organic solvent and acid auxiliary synthesis reactor;
