[ Material Performance ]

3. Physical and chemical characteristics: non-magnetic, excellent low temperature toughness, high material purity, no heavy metal impurities are separated out when conveying medicine and high-purity fluid;
4. Application advantages: the butt welding structure has high connection strength, the weld joint is far away from the sealing area, and the sealing effect is durable and stable under high pressure.

[ Process structure ]

1. It is integrally forged and formed, and the flange plate and the high neck are seamless, without stratification, perforation and leakage hazards;
2. Extended tapered neck can effectively disperse the stress generated by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the pipe and reduce the risk of weld fatigue damage;
3. Precision standard welding groove, good fusion effect with titanium tube welding, and the corrosion resistance of weld joint is the same as that of base metal;
4. Vacuum annealing shall be carried out after forming to eliminate internal stress during processing. Each finished product shall be subject to flaw detection and hydraulic pressure maintaining test, with reliable sealing performance.
