[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical property: it has good forging and rolling plasticity after smelting, and it is not easy to crack during cold and hot processing and welding forming;
2. Anti-corrosion performance: resistant to concentrated alkali, molten alkali and hydrofluoric acid, not applicable to strong oxidizing acid such as concentrated nitric acid;
3. Physical and chemical properties: excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity, low vacuum gassing, outstanding high temperature oxidation resistance;
4. Application advantages: low impurity content, no pores and interlayer in rolled products, strong corrosion resistance and stability.


[ Process structure ]

1. High-temperature vacuum smelting and purification, uniform metal structure, no loose and slag inclusion defects inside;
2. Integrated casting molding, compact ingot structure, uniform melting and feeding without refractory impurities;
3. Polish and clean the finished product surface, remove the surface oxide layer, and guarantee the quality of subsequent rolling blank;
4. Each batch of samples shall be subject to spectrum test, and the nickel content and impurity index shall meet the standard before delivery.
