[ Process structure ]
1. High-temperature vacuum smelting and purification, uniform metal structure, no loose and slag inclusion defects inside;
2. Integrated casting molding, compact ingot structure, uniform melting and feeding without refractory impurities;
3. Polish and clean the finished product surface, remove the surface oxide layer, and guarantee the quality of subsequent rolling blank;
4. Each batch of samples shall be subject to spectrum test, and the nickel content and impurity index shall meet the standard before delivery.
