[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium can form a stable passivation film, which can withstand the corrosion of brine, electroplating solution and seawater for a long time, without pitting and blocking; TC4 high strength, fatigue resistance, suitable for heavy load positioning. The overall weight is much lighter than stainless steel, without magnetism and interference with nuclear magnetic and sensing equipment; The thread is not easy to be corroded and seized, and metal ions will not be separated out to pollute the corrosion medium.

[ Process structure ]

One-piece turning molding without splicing, precision thread rolling machining, tight occlusion and not easy to slide; Various end styles are suitable for different working conditions such as jacking, limiting and anti-off; Remove machining burrs of finished products, and improve surface corrosion resistance through pickling and passivation; Thread accuracy and appearance defects shall be inspected batch by batch, and it is not easy to be locked and dismantled for long-term use in wet and corrosive environment.
